Tech Yoda's Tip of the Week: Internet Shortcuts

Here are a few handy shortcuts to use while browsing the internet:
  • F5: Refresh the page
  • F11: View full screen
  • Alt + Arrow: Go back a page or forward a page (left arrow to go back, right arrow to go forward)
  • Ctrl + Tab: Scroll between tabs
  • Ctrl + Enter: After typing the main part of the URL, use this shortcut to fill in the "www" and ".com" (ie: type "nytimes" in the address bar and then hit CTRL + Enter to access www.nytimes.com)
  • Ctrl + F: Find on this page
  • Ctrl + E: Move the cursor to the search box
  • Ctrl + H: Show browsing history
  • Ctrl + I: Show favorites
