Recipe - Fruit Pizza

Here is the recipe for the yummy fruit pizza, courtesy of Suzanne Rick

The Fruit Pizza I made is a mix between a Graham cracker crust recipe and a traditional fruit pizza recipe.

Graham Cracker Crust
1 to 1-1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/3 cup melted butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
Combine the above ingredients and press into the bottom of a spring form pan or tort pan.

Cream Cheese Spread
1 pkg. (8oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
¼ cup white sugar
Dash(es) of milk (in small increments)
Blend the above ingredient until a consistency that seems easy to spread. I use approximately 1/8 cup of milk (give or take) to thin mixture.

Slice your favorite fruit to decorate! Be careful of fruit that readily browns when exposed to air (if peaches or bananas are used, there is a glaze recipe to help prevent discoloration)
