We hope you are enjoying your long Labor Day weekend! The Wellness Committee's theme for September is stress relief (who couldn't use that?).
For our first post of the month, we wanted to offer some breathing techniques that can aid in releasing some stress. There are a few options to choose from, so try them all out to see if any work for you.
