Welness - Yoga

Good morning,

To continue down the stress relief path, today we are going to offer some yoga information. (Don't forget that our very own Emily also offers yoga classes - see her for details if you are interested).

This article from the LA Times offers some general information on the mental health benefits of Yoga.

The Mayo Clinic also offers some general yoga information as well as a video titled "Yoga for Stress Management" (6 minutes, 32 seconds).
