FAQs
Can I earn as many points as I want?
Points will maximize at 6 per day and 36 per week

If I keep an on-line food journal, does that count?
Yes! This is for your information only, so you can keep the journal in any format that works for you.

If I do cardio or lift weights for an hour, do I get 3 times as many points?
No, for each activity, you can only earn points once per day. Cardio and weight lifting points are awarded for doing at least 20 minutes – anything beyond that is benefitting your health, but not your standings in the challenge.

Can I earn points on the weekends or if I take a vacation day?
Yes, points can be earned 7 days per week, but you cannot exceed the daily max

How will I report points earned?
Points will be recorded in a public spreadsheet on the S: drive. One of the Wellness committee members will e-mail the link. Points are reported by each individual on the honor system.

  1. I forgot one FAQ:

If I happen to be carrying many items when I arrive in the morning, can I still get my stair points if I take the elevator up to drop everything off and then go back downstairs to walk the stairs up?

The Wellness Committee has decided this is reasonable
